Return Shipping Fees

  • Return shipping costs are shared:

    • 80% paid by the customer

    • 20% covered by us

  • The return shipping amount will be deducted from the refund unless otherwise stated.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

  • Items returned for reasons related to taste, smell, or personal preference.
